International Orders
Please contact us directly for international order shipping estimates. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional Customs fees or VAT taxes outside of initial purchase price.
Shipping
We provide free first class shipping via USPS. CKC does our best to meet the shipping timelines of our clients, but cannot always guarantee them. Actual delivery time may vary.

Cancellation
For a full refund, please request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
Returns

Returns must be pre-approved.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using the original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Additional fees may apply if the item is returned outside of its original condition.
CKC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Appropriate insurance is recommended for all return packages.
Personalized or custom orders can only be returned or exchanged, if they arrive damaged from shipping error.
For shipping damage returns, we appreciate email photos of the packaging and item, as it assists us in better serving our customers.
